Game of Stones Season 5 - Draft Day!
Hello everyone and apologies for the slight overestimation of sending this out on Friday, but I figured I could include a little more information for the draft!
Just to recap, please complete the following things as soon as possible:
- Fill out the when2meet for your League! If you aren't sure what league you're in, check the draft order below!
- Go to https://www.gosfpl.com/ and create an account - this is how you'll manage your team this season!

The draft for your league will take place either August 15th or August 16th, unless enough people reach out to me and we reschedule for sometime during the week of August 17th-21st. So if you can't make the draft next weekend, please let me know!
The draft will rely on the following player list + draft board, so feel free to use it for planning (or if you can't make the draft)!

The Basics and Help sections would probably be most helpful (and check out https://www.gosfpl.com/blog/season-4-draft-day for details on how the draft works).
What if I run out of time during my turn, miss the draft, or have to leave early?
There are two options in these cases:
- Prepare a watchlist (which should be sent to me by draft time), in which case I will announce the next ranked available player on your behalf.
- The next highest draft rank player will be selected for you (meeting position requirements, etc.)
FYI- draft rank is based on Price, then Total Points from last season
What happens after the draft?
The Premier League officially starts on Friday, August 21st. After the draft, I'll add your drafted players to your team on https://www.gosfpl.com/, where you will be able to put in waivers, make trades, and choose your starting lineup for Gameweek 1!

Not to keep asking, but if anyone knows someone interested in joining League C, let me know!
And if you're in League A, contribution to the prize pool is mandatory, so make sure to do that! As for League B and C, feel free to contribute to your league's respective prize pool, but it's not mandatory!
